Pastoral Board

Our Mission

In order to prepare the church for the coming of Christ, we need to Equip the body of Christ to grow in spiritual maturity – “To help members grow in their understanding of scriptures in order to advance the kingdom of God. To promote personal spiritual growth and discipleship through Bible teaching concentrating in Holiness. In all aspect of life; in our emotion, financial, and spiritual lives.”

2 Timothy 3:17 “so that the servant of God may be thoroughly equipped for every good work.”

Our Vision

Rehoboth is a missional church as scripture “All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me(us). Therefore, go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely, I am with you always, to the very end of the age. (Matthew 28:18-20). Evangelism is to share the good news of Jesus Christ globally and internationally. We focus on winning souls as many as possible in our community and throughout the world.

What We Believe

This body of believers shall be known as Rehoboth family. We place our faith in the Lord Jesus Christ for our salvation, accepting the entire Scriptures (Bible) as our only authority for faith and practice; we band ourselves together as a body and family of believers in Jesus Christ and as God has preselected us.
Holy Scripture (Bible)
This body of believers shall be known as Rehoboth family. We place our faith in the Lord Jesus Christ for our salvation, accepting the entire Scriptures (Bible) as our only authority for faith and practice; we band ourselves together as a body and family of believers in Jesus Christ and as God has preselected us.
The Trinity
We believe in the Trinity, the Triune God. We believe in one God who has always and will always exist as three distinct persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. They all share the same essence or substance but have distinct personalities and roles.
The Holy Spirit
We believe that the Holy Spirit’s goal is to bring glory and honor to Jesus Christ. We affirm He is actively involved in the lives of Christ followers. He is not only responsible for their new birth, but He also instructs and empowers us, in order to live a normal Christian life.
Baptism and the Lord's Supper
Christian baptism is the immersion of a believer in water. "It is an act of obedience symbolizing the believer's faith in a crucified, buried, and risen Savior, the believer's death to sin, the burial of the life, and the resurrection to walk in newness of life in Christ Jesus.
The Lord's Supper is a symbolic act of obedience whereby members memorialize the death of the Redeemer and anticipate His second coming.
Marriage and Family
God has ordained the family as the foundational institution of human society. Marriage is the unity of one man and one woman in covenant commitment for a lifetime.
The husband and wife are of equal worth before God since both are created in God's image. The marriage relationship models the way God relates to His people. Children, from the moment of conception, are a blessing and heritage from the Lord.
